Hello, I am not really involve in any art field .. But can I know what sort of software did the artist use apart from raw drawing?

Photoshop, clip studio paint, paint tool SAI to name a few. Procreate is pretty basic as its for ipads. Doubt theres any AI usage here, possibly some photo bashing for clouds.

There are all sorts of software for art. The main one people use is ProCreate, however, it's only available to any apple products as far as I'm aware of. If you use Android, which is what I use, then I'd suggest IbisPaint.
