Control your blood sugars better, eat better,drink more water. Take care of yourself ,both mentally and physically

Yah that is the harder part , but it helps I have found . If you feeling better mentally you take better care of yourself. I mean I still eat alot but I watch what I eat. If that makes sense. You can do it , make sure you talk to your doctor first before you work on loosing weight. He or she can help.
