Myfitnesspal. Easy-to-use and effective. My wife and lost 125 combined pounds and kept it off. I did blow $10 on a food scale.

This is the answer. Count every calorie you put in your mouth.

Weight loss is largely driven by calories in vs calories out. It takes a lot of exercise to burn off the calories of 2 cookies. A lot easier to just skip the cookies
