Yes. I am on it. I was just bummed it failed after 3 weeks and then instead of just replacing it… I have to send it in to be repaired (4-6 weeks). But yea, I agree. I will be sending it in.

No. Just outside the return window at the store. Jansport wouldn’t replace either.
