This is the first I’ve heard of this issue and I’m slightly discouraged hearing that. Any chance the different models could have a factor in the sizing? As for the two Quarries, they definitely have the same manufacturer? How far apart were the purchases?

The two Quarries were certainly both Danner. One black steel toe, one brown soft toe. Bought maybe 2 years apart.

It may be the case they are all made in different factories, that would be an explanation without being an excuse.

If I wanted buying clothes to be a sizing crapshoot I would buy womens clothes.

Hmm, fair enough. Sorry to hear you had that experience. I’d be disappointed as well if it was that inconsistent. I think I have the benefit of the seller I’m eyeing offering a 30 day refund.
