Buy some aquaseal. It’s super strong stuff that will stick to the silicone and it’s super flexible.

It’s used as a repair for inflatable rafts.

The tricky part might be getting it to set in that hole but I think it’s your best bet.

OP: Clear tape on inside, let set on outside. Remove tape. Ez.
