I understand, and I will buy piece by piece, but I want it to be from one company as much as possible, both for visual consistency but also to make it easy to put into each other when putting back into the cupboard.

All Clad D3. Comes in every shape and size you could want. Induction friendly and all SS including lid so oven friendly too.
