They will go to the public park at the school to light up.
There’s absolutely no reason to believe that. People lighting up in parks hasn’t been a significant issue. Why would it start now? Plus, who would even want to smoke pot in a public park next to a school? That doesn’t even make sense.
People already smoke weed there all the time.
Psst, you there, reading this...
Your line is, "The children, the children, won't someone please think of the children?"
You live in a city. Weed is legal and highly regulated. Dispensaries cause less problems than liquor stores or many businesses. Let them do their thing and you do yours.
Then I guess nothing will change and the location still doesn’t matter
Omg, there's also a pub right across the street from the school there. Actually, now that I look at the map, there's a Montessori school right next door to Atwoods too. Lol. Think of the children!
Smoking is already illegal in the playground areas of public parks and on school grounds.
Doesn't matter because there is no enforcement. You already know this.
bro u forgot about the buffer zones again
also check the pub's operating hours
Bro? What are you trying to say, bro?
I don't smoke weed in public parks bro.
There’s 5 liquor stores within a few blocks of this location, which will have similar hours to this dispensary.
If you’re concerned about weed but not booze, you need to rethink your concerns.
If you’re concerned about substance use, you should focus on the package stores nearby, since those are a greater source of harm than cannabis and are far less regulated.

Not sure how any of that is relevant. It’s not like children can walk in and buy weed. They can’t advertise or show that they’re a pot store on the outside of the building. Their customers aren’t going to light up as the leave. I see no problem here
