Walking from the mill, cross over the Bollman Truss Railroad Bridge and follow the Savage Mill Trail to the right along the river. It’s about a half mile or so to the end. Some decent spots to climb down onto rocks and sit with a nice views.

I second the thought about it not being a first date thing.

The entrance is between Gorman road and the Bollman Bridge. It's not a very long walk unless you decide to trek through the wilderness past the end of the path. It's great in the summer because it's usually like 10 degrees cooler than normal due to shade and the river.
