Same here, got a written warning to get repaired by a licensed shop or it would be upgraded to a ticket within x time because my car didn't even have a front plate mount. Made one myself and had my uncle sign off on it because he had a shop at the time.

Same here on East main. Light bulbs too. All warnings but at least I don't have to check my lights.
