If people live in it. it's residential or mixed use. No livable units... Commercial. What are you asking for?

Everything I've read seems to indicate if there is a business, or businesses, in the complex along with residential units, it's considered commercial. But if no businesses in the complex, it is residential. I'm just looking for some official place that may list the condos in CT and if they are residential or commercial.
