These asshats think that if their lane is blocked, they now deserve half of the remaining surface. They just assume you will slide over in your newly reduced pathway. There's no blaming this on RI, MA, or NY drivers either. It's all on CT and three drivers from NJ.

Before Covid you would walk into the AAA motor club and walk out with a copy. I doubt the law anticipated the current issues.

The bar is that you are a validly licensed driver. They could ticket you for not having it, but the picture might smooth that for you. There's no rational reason you would be arrested, towed as long as you actually are a licensed driver.

In Niantic, the East Lyme Regional Theater Company has just bought the Niantic Cinemas building and will be a new home for them as the Niantic Bay Playhouse. I hope they will be an addition to the area as the movie house will be missed.
