If they are and attorney, it sounds like she is breaking the attorney’s code of ethics and should have her license evoked .

The CT bar association would have that info. You could call them and find out.

We divest. No idea what is required to be a lawyer in CT, nor do I have a desire to call and ask. Just curious what everyones side is on this, and their reasoning behind it.

As a lawyer I'm a little alarmed by what you're saying. You can easily look up who has a law license, here: https://www.jud.ct.gov/attorneyfirminquiry/attorneyfirminquiry.aspx

I know how to look up a law license lol. I may have misread that someone was saying you can find out if a lawyer has a gun permit by calling the CT Bar. If police can't do so, my bet is the CT BAR can't either

I was saying the person’s behavior you are describing is against the ethics they need to live by in order to maintain their license. I wasnt talking about guns at all. Your concern was their behavior right?
