Nah Wyoming is in the Mountain West. If you want flat, go to the Midwest…i.e. Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Minnesota, Kansas, Iowa, Ohio.

Truth. I grew up there and my home county is over 250 square miles. The total elevation difference between highest and lowest point is 50 feet.
