I think it is just jpeg compression because the details are sharp, the edges are just jagged because of the loss of detail upon compression.

Probably just a heavy jpg compression so bots/peoples don't get the HQ version.

I’m guessing OP did some extreme cropping because they didn’t have a long enough lens.
