That is Orion right above the palm tree. The 3 stars in a row are his belt and the stars forming a line to the right of it is his sword. The sword has the Orion nebula in it which is a stellar nursery about 5000 light years away and the only stellar nursery visible with the naked eye.

This was really a treasure for me because my friend in Thailand had sent me a pic a few days before with the same sky :) it was fun to talk about and see how the geographic opposite side of the planet shares this incredible view

Since star trails are a really expensive problem to solve (and stopping the Earth's rotation is too rich even for Jeff Bezos), you could easily tackle this without resorting to cloning by taking a 2nd shot - a longer exposure with much lower ISO for that tasty water reflection, and then combine the images :)
