Experts in France have grown a woman a new 3D-printed nose on her forearm after she lost hers to cancer.
The operation involved ear, nose and throat experts as well as plastic surgery teams at the Toulouse University Hospital and the Claudius Regaud Institute and took place at the Toulouse-Oncopole University Cancer Institute.

I mean it's super impressive but you think they'd have better aim. It's a lot to ask but I'd really rather have mine on my face.

Insert pawn star meme: “Best I can do is a nose on your arm”

I know, poor woman… now people are going to say “hey where’s your nose? Oh there it is…”.

Imagine when she's wearing a coat. Just standing there looking like a victim of one of those "got your nose" scam artists. None of them really get your nose. Also, you can defeat them by looking in a mirror. Just like a vampire. Makes you think.

While it’s growing, maybe somewhere less noticeable? Maybe on my torso? Weird to Q-tip the thing though. Although I guess if you’re missing your nose, having a nose growing on your arm probably isn’t a big deal.
