no because emotions are formed from neurotransmitters, not thoughts. even some people don't experience emotions due to neurotransmitter dysfunction. like people suffering from severe depression or psychosis- they can think their way through emotions and experiences but not actually feel them.

So the prefrontal cortex that can do arithmetic isn’t neurotransmitters? Do you know what hormones do in the brain? They trigger neuronal pathways, electrical signals.
