Most people probably do not have 2048 ninth great grandparents. If you've come from a small village where your family has been for a long time... you're probably not even close.

Once you're a couple generations back, the risk of inbreeding is pretty minimal. Unless your village is extremely small and insular, or you're European nobility, you're fine.
