No, you need a client to loop videos forever. A rickroll can work in the browser.

you can on firefox, "use desktop mode" works on google websites unlike chrome

It's just "loop play this one video", similar to the "repeat one song" function in the MP3 players in the previous decade (repeat all, repeat one, randomize).

Right click in the video -> select "loop"
