Doctor replies, matter-of-factly, « I’m not surprised. You are grossly obese. You need to go on a diet. »

Fellow is outraged : « How DARE you ‘fat shame’ me. I INSIST on a second opinion! »

Doc replies: « OK, you’re ugly, too. »
