omg thank you! This is genius! Only thing is the police officer is the one person who acknowledges that the friend must be home which makes them both equally silly! How would you write that?

Ohhh and yes the city apartment should be included that is a good point!

A blonde police officer sees another blonde buzzing at a streetlight.

They ask the other blonde “what are you doing, ma’am?”

The other blonde answers, “I’m trying to buzz my friend’s apartment to call him down, but he’s not answering.”

The blonde officer points at the light with obvious confusion. “But he must be home since the lights are on!”
