Why do I want my productivity to improve?
Because you’re a great person. You do what you promise and people respect you. Because your are skillful and valuable to everyone around you. Because people trust you and want you to succeed and because you want them to succeed.
Sound like a manager in 4x my wage.
I will only increase my productivity, when my greedy bosses increase my wages.
You think very highly of my boss
Wouln't management notice this and assume you're actually leaving? I don't know if I could keep up thanking people and wrapping up projects for years on end.
So trick the brain?
You'd be better off using your bad attitude as motivation to sooner find a better job
And then crash when you realize you're still stuck there for another 20 fucking years.
Do it for your coworkers. Not your boss.

Good, productive workers who are great coworkers are never “stuck” anywhere.
Crappy middle manager by any chance?
Like hell I'm gonna finish my stuff if I'm leaving hahaha
Well said Sir.
No one cares about them either
I do things for me
Most bosses increase wages when you show reason to earn increased wages. That’s why people call them earnings.
I was always thought to act and work like I made more than my current wage and it hasn’t let me down yet.
What planet is that?
Keep telling yourself that.
I don't have to, it just happens
