Brush your teeth early so your late night snacks taste minty.

I would just not brush again after I had my midnight snack. My laziness does not work for this 😂

Lol yeah, that is how you get mint flavored snacks

Does OP brush their teeth before or after eating breakfast?

Doesn't work. Unless brush right before bed, if I do it "early" toothpaste taste will be mostly gone.

Yes because that will stop you from eating when you're hungry lol

Wouldn’t laziness cause to you not brush again after you ate?

Wouldn't work for me because using toothpaste without sodium lauryl sulfate doesn't affect food/drink taste. I'm allergic to SLS and it's been years since I've had my taste altered by toothpaste. I've forgotten the sensation entirely.

Works for me very well. I do that for about 4 years now and it usually works about 9/10 evenings.

I do this and then an hour later before bed while setting up the coffee makes pop a handful of M&Ms in my mouth.

Lots of ppl saying they’ll just go to bed without brushing. My guess is you haven’t been a financially struggling human and had to pay for lots of dental work out of pocket. Not to mention the pain and inconvenience of the procedures and healing. Paying a lot of money to have a healthy functioning mouth puts things in perspective sometimes. Anyway, I also do this to prevent myself from snacking. Hope others can be if it from the tip.

This has worked great for me. I also got a waterpik and it gets out so much stuff my electric toothbrush didn't. I don't want to ruin the work I did so I just dont eat.
