They’ve also been neglected for years, if not decades. Tons of work to fix them up.

Couple I saw were nice move in ready 3 bedroom 2 bath homes. Nothing fancy but not rundown.

You’re probably right. I used to know them as $175k homes where people were wondering why they were such bargains. They could have gotten some renos since then.
