Im sure they will also want to see some affordable housing projects built in their community and will not think that any new developlent will ruin the charm they fell in love with.

Now careful there, it can't be in this one piece of property that is virtually landlocked and far from public view because then it is destroying the natural environment and they walked through there once in their imagination, so it shouldn't be disturbed.

Some Mass guy off my parents road bought a 40k off grid meth camp on a dirt road and then complained to the town for years about the road condition and lack of utilities at his property.
Spoiler: he sold the place I believe.

Is it the tourist dollars? the only major city within driving distance? The major airport? The only professional sports teams north of NY? Do you want to give up the Sox, Celtics, Patriots, and Bruins since Mass is so bad? Weird, flex.
