I don’t expect it to be free but it was still what, $20-25M free fedbucks?

More than any other city in the country.

$25M is the max. Several cities got $25M

The State of New Mexico also got $25M, but I don't see any other cities getting $25M in 2021.

We had a 5M match which is terms of grant. I think project will end up being in the ballpark of $50M

Well, TBD. It’s still, per my napkin math, about $515 of “free” development money per household in the city. The South Commerical extension in particular I think could do a lot for the south mill yard.

The project will be amazing, it's just at a higher cost.
Can't wait til the south Willow intersection with Queen City Ave is fixed too
