$2400 for a 2BR? That's EXPENSIVE. What were you paying before? Are you looking for long term rental?

I hate the smell of asphalt being placed. Can't imagine how bad living by a plant would be.

Considering how badly landlords were screwed due to leftist covid policy, need to move the needle back towards the center

The project will be amazing, it's just at a higher cost.
Can't wait til the south Willow intersection with Queen City Ave is fixed too

The RAISE grant is probably going to be way too little to cover the cost and will burden the taxpayer with bonds to complete. For the down voters, the City has already admitted further funding will be needed.
The engineering consultant on the project has a history of poor cost estimates.

It's much different. There isn't much of a threat there. The only reason USA troops were sent there in the first place is because Russia was backing Assad.

Are you a civil engineer? I've lived places that actually have restrictions on parking or 1 spot per unit regardless of # bedroom in places that have poor public transit and it is disastrous.
Also regarding your seacoast project, Manchester is much different. It makes sense in some locations, not all.

So, the taxpayer should pay for someone else's parking? No thanks.
Manchester needs more employers first. They need to attract them with incentives.
