Looks like it. Have two sets from pbtfans (spark and resonance) they are absolutely fantastic. The only drawback is the expensive shipping

Honestly I just did a back and forth switch between OP's photo and the Pantone colors from the Geekhack IC thread. And it's very close and I'm having trouble telling them apart. (Alpha's are meant to be 7698C)

The tiniest shift in lighting to cool white would make them bang on identical in my opinion.

Honestly I was keen on this set from the beginning, but I am still kinda on the fence.
