I have seen at least 6 or 7 posts with the PC66/KBt RE: while I have been here, so you just have to observe for a longer duration.

You can checkout my post if you want (it's a PC66, I just requested they include the KBt RE: badge because I liked how it looked better).

Oh and I have a Model M SSK by Vortexkeyboards ordered as well. (✿◕‿◕✿)

I am a big fan of Shenpo. Have a couple of their sets (square box/trays). Never had one that showed up wrong in any way.

They all have all the keycaps and no extras (sometimes you get repeats), impeccable dye-sub jobs, straight spacebars and thick walls. Great overall quality and QC and at a low price.

Only downside I can think of really is, well they only make beige sets.

Oh wow not only is this an amazing layout design, I have been looking for something that resembles a chrome slab with sharp corners!

Any geekhack/discord link so I can track progress?

I am pretty keen on this Studio ASP. Have joined mailing list (✿◕‿◕✿).

Yeah those were my thoughts after seeing this thing posted for the second time.

I mean your fingers and hands are going to be on top blocking whatever is displayed.

I guess this is for people who constantly remove both their hands from their keyboard everytime they finish typing something and look down with glee at the "aesthetics"? Kind of odd if you ask me.

You need to level the keyboard first, so the silicone sets completely flat.

Bottom of the case floor is usually at a different angle to the PCB that sits when you put it together. So you need to make sure the pour sets at the same angle as the PCB, which is usually the same as the angle of the bottom case's walls. Completely dependant on keyboard and it's design though.

Looks like OP levelled with some foam and paper. You could ask OP what he used as a reference point.

Even through this dark blurry image I want this so badly.

Going by the fact it's 5 rows and the side design I think it's the TX-60 v2's matching numpad.

But I can find no reference to it of their website.. Korea only special??

Yeah I am outside the US myself so shipping is painful, but depending on the sale I think you can still save a decent amount compared to local vendor prices sometimes.

I recently purchased 4 in-stock Dye-sub PBT sets from the BOGO sale. Even when including shipping I ended up saving 30% over local prices.

The BOGO sale also discounts the lowest priced set, so the savings were more like 40% for those in the US not the 50% on listed prices you would expect so I thought it was worth it in the end.

Hi looks like some others already replied.

But yes one of the vendors was Novelkeys who had a flash sale a month ago.

They had many in-stock GMK sets for $99, some of these sets were Hammerhead Dark/Light, Bento, Serika, Grand Prix and that's only what commenters mentioned. Here is a link to the Flash sale post https://www.reddit.com/r/MechanicalKeyboards/comments/w5gtgj/novelkeys_flash_sale/

I think for Black Friday Novelkeys came back with $89 sale for Serika and maybe some other sets I didn't check. That's over now but I think they are still running a $99 GMK sale and Cannonkeys also either was or still is doing something similar.

Oh no. I started being active here in this subreddit around the same time as when you joined your first GB.

I joined a few keycap GB's last year as well and I have had some delivered already. And from keeping up on discord etc I know at least one more which is about to be on it's way.

The only real difference is I joined majority non GMK (ePBT, Milkyway, Domikey) and I only joined one GMK GB which hasn’t been fulfilled yet.

If anything have hope for that ePBT Dreamscape GB that you joined early on. Especially because you joined through KBDfans that means you will have it start to be fulfilled (ship) before any other vendors.

Oh the decline in 75% popularity since last year?

I guess everyone (figure of speech) has had either a GMMK Pro or a Q1, so lack of interest maybe? Or maybe seeing so many of them just turned people off the layout? Like an oversaturated situation.

Don't get me wrong I use F keys often but I am still not a big fan of 75%. I wouldn't use the dedicated F row and since mapping my 60% Alice to only using the bottom 4 rows I've just trained my muscle memory for a multi layered home-row layout which I have been loving.

I do appreciate a good 75% layout keyboard when I see one though. I found the Paragon to be really nice design. Although I don't like the encoder in top right location I would have liked to see an F13 option but you can't have everything. And yeah by now you probably know I prefer non-exploded 75's, and preferably with F13 just for aesthetics.

Edit: And to answer an unasked question, Why were 75's so popular last year? My guess is it was something familiar and comfortable to move to for many newcomers who were coming from Gaming/mainstream/membrane TKL's and Fullsizes. Obviously it works out well if you are familiar with dedicated Function keys and I guess the exploded arrow cluster was also appealing because it was easy to locate?

I always had the feeling TKL's were lacking in popularity in the recent community because it reminded some users of "retro" keyboards which they thought was what their dad/mum would use so they were automatically "uncool".

Just my theory anyway. Kind of makes sense why the Logitech Pop keys and Nuphy Air 75 came out with their 75 layouts, I am guessing those companies saw it as a safe bet and a good seller. And Logitech seems to have doubled down on 75 with the MX Mechanical.

I think 75% had their time. Back when I joined this subreddit last year they were basically every post. GMMK Pro's and Q1's galore.

Now as other comments hinted 65% layout is quite common. TKLs' have had some kind of resurgence as well, which from digging through old geekhack threads seemed to be quite popular back in the day.
