Hi I'm doing a school project that takes up the question about "bad" music. The song was the most disliked video on YouTube for some years.. I wonder if people have a different perspective on the song now?

I would get drunk and sing it to my girlfriend incessantly. She is still with me, so I guess that's something. Pretty much in the joking fashion, but then the song grew on me oddly enough. So whenever it comes up, of course I sing it to her

It wasn't disliked because the song was "bad". Objectively there is nothing 'bad' about the music... the external factors of overpromotion, suggested overproduction, critcism for simple composition and the response to so-called Biebermania led to said dislikes.

if you wish to talk about those factors in your presentation... cool.

if not, There is some TRULY bad music out there you can make a point with.
