This is a genuine answer but mine would be Meshuggah. There's a lot of chaos in their music but it has a clear grooveness that I find super calming.

Other stuff I think is pretty chill is Com Truise

My go-tos are usually Halo 2 OST Volume 2 and Nine Inch Nails' Ghosts I–IV (with Ghosts V: Together and Ghosts VI: Locusts as honourable mentions).

Grouper - A I A : Alien Observer

I developed severe tinnitus a few years ago and began experiencing multiple panic attacks per day from the inescapable ringing. This album was one of the few things I could put on to calm myself down and get a nap in during the day.

Steely Dan - True Companion.

A very ethereal piece of music. I remember when my kids were young, and we'd leave Grandpa's house. I'd put them in their car seats, put that tape on as I pulled out of the driveway, and they were out before the song was done was done.

An album called 'Songs From A Secret Garden'

Also Bruton Music! I'm not that old but once I found it I was hooked. It's the type of instrumental music they'd play in grocery stores back in the day, or so I'm told. Very nostalgic.
