We all wish we knew "what we know now" back then. What advice would you give to your 22-year-old self if you could?
Buy houses and rent them NOW!
Buy Apple stock.
Buy Twitter stock.
It doesn't matter if you're just friends, she wants you to bang her.
Don't marry the first one.

Everything will be alright. Work your ass off, learn politics in the workplace and don’t sweat the small stuff. Learn to take constructive criticism.
Don’t get the student loan to go to acting school. Just pay coaches a weekly fee.
Learn to play that keyboard right away, and start learning the technical details of how your tools work. You'll find a way to make a career out of music somehow if you do both those things.
(I have no idea whether this is generally applicable, but knowing what I know now, much later in life, I'm confident it would have applied to my younger self.)
