I don't know why exactly, but listening to Perpetual Groove really helps my mood. It's like a good story told through music, and the music is so rich and layered. Let me know if you like it!

When I'm feeling down, I often listen to music that I would never choose to listen to, just so I can kinda laugh at myself listening to it but also enjoying it on a non-deep level if you know what I mean?

Like I love my heavy shit n rock but seriously if you're feeling down, bang out some Erasure or something like Safety Dance by Men Without Hats that'll spin you out of the down vibe.

Again, you don't have to like it, just laugh at it

Music is therapy

Pretty much everything from Low Roar. They make very good sad music.
