I’m eager to get everyone’s take on whether this will come to fruition, given the mixed best track record at best of grand projects coming to fruition. Thoughts everyone? Yes, no, maybe?

Definitely going to happen, Calvin is not the type of attorney who will help a developer get a project approved and then sell the land for higher profit. He told me about Vibe tower being fake and that someone else is about to build something there, the Westinghouse and 900 broad. As for the developer Calvin did say that the city supports the project and that the developer family will be paying for the construction I believe so no tax abatement. I imagine the tower only being over 100 million sense halo 3 is 90 million
