I walk through there pretty much every day. In my brain, this is the office park part of Newark; clean with nothing but tumbleweeds after bank hours

Ehh clean isn’t a word I’d use to describe it. It’s safe, but you’ll also see human feces on the street every now and then

I’ve been in Newark since the 90’s, it’s squeaky clean by comparison.
