This is very cool in terms of technology.

I do wish that this company was more active in the community, as this is the first time I've ever heard about them.

It would be great if they did tours for our students, however, I heavily doubt they care.

Corporate contracts, super close proximity to NYC, cheap, formerly industrial land, etc.

Hopefully they pay their rent unlike whole foods.

I'm surprised you've never heard of them. Newark has loved to brag about them for the past decade. Also pre-covid they did used to run tours and tastings pretty often. Not sure if any schools took them up on that.

This was relatively high profile when they came to the city and started building this. Wondering if they could figure out a way to grow marijuana in there? 🤔 Might be more profitable
