Lol I was not a cast member of Spartacus, and have never threatened violence on anyone. Not sure why you're so fixated on defining "ripped," but you do you.

It was a lighthearted Seinfeld reference. But then dude posted a pic, and I realize that it's actually true. Am I ripped? I don't smoke nearly as much as I used to. But if y'all don't pipe down, I'm kicking everyone's ass.
