Well it's theoretically possible if that's who Shapiro appoints, but not that's not gonna happen I don't know why right-wing media is so obsessed with her. No clue who Shapiro would appoint if Fetterman steps down, but it isn't gonna be his wife.

There have been a number of wives who were appointed to fill the term of deceased congressmen. Two that I can remember were Carnahan and Boggs. It's not automatic nor guaranteed though.

Senators not congressmen. Representatives can only be elected, per the Constitution.

That’s not how it works? If Trump was removed from office it’s not like Clinton would have replaced him because she was second in 2016…
