Thank goodness! I bet all those daycare owners all have CO detectors in their own homes already… That’s why we need regulations. Most businesses do the bare minimum.

Im almost not surprised about that. Pennsylvania really is mostly backwoods outside of Philly and Pittsburgh. There are some decently large cities but much of this state is mountain folk.
