The violent crime problem in Philly is huge. This EO was nonsense. It restricted having a gun in recreation areas, but the people who are shooting people in Philly don't care. Most of them are carrying guns they aren't legally allowed to possess nor do they have a permit to carry it anywhere. This just made what they're doing more illegal without preventing crime. It also restricts the ability of innocent people from being able to defend themselves especially since they're the only people who would obey this.

The problem is the kids and gangster wannabes with illegal guns, breaking the law. Restricting the rights of law abiding gun owners does absolutely nothing to stop the thugs.
