Looking at the current "proposed amendments to the constitution of Pennsylvania" the most concerning ones are:
_____________________________________________________________________________________
(1) That Article I be amended by adding a section to read:
§ 30. Abortion.
This constitution does not grant the right to taxpayer-funded abortion or
any other right relating to abortion.
and
(4) That section 1 of Article VII be amended to read:
§ 1. Qualifications of electors.
(a) Every citizen 21 years of age, possessing the following qualifications, shall
be entitled to vote at all elections subject, however, to such laws requiring and
regulating the registration of electors as the General Assembly may enact.
__________________________________________________________________________________________
A very vague ban-all law making any type or form of abortion illegal. And raising the voting age to 21......Which very well might be showing up in the next few election cycles. Just not this one because Gov. Wolf actually vetoed the bills that proposed the constitutional changes be allowed to be added and voted on the ballot.

Could you please post the link to the entire bill? I'd appreciate it.

I found it hyper-linked within the above news article. It is a .pdf file published by: Pennsylvania Department of State, Bureau of Elections, Room 210 North Office Building, Harrisburg, PA 17120, 1-877-868-3772, RA-Elections@pa.gov.
