They do. At this point your best option is to use Priority Mail Express to ensure it gets to the proper place by 8 PM tomorrow

You can mail them via the USPS. I would assume a county's drop off box was for residents of that county. (But I have no facts to back that up)

Yes, to the office itself. If you take it to the polls they will spoil the ballot and allow you to vote at the poll itself, or if you are missing the full ballot (3 pieces), then you will have to cast a provisional ballot.

What do you mean "dropped off in your own county"? Mine came with an envelope so I put a stamp on it and mailed it. I actually mailed it from NJ where I work, no problems, got the confirmation that it was received.

Too late for USPS at this point. It has to reach the county's board of elections by tomorrow at 8 pm. Did you use the secrecy envelope, and sign and date the return envelope? Honestly it might be best to just drive to your polling place and vote in person tomorrow.
