Might be a situation to your east. You are in Troop A coverage area and G is just next to you.

I can't find anything that suggests what it might be. Last time I got one of those it was a flash flood warning and boy howdy, it happened right then. Lesson learned :if you are in Watkins Glen NY and it is absolutely pissing down rain, go ahead and leave.
