I think most other states with vanity plates have restrictions against what they deem profanity. Why is it that Rhode Island is being such a little bitch about it?

Incorrect. States can no longer do that. It’s free speech. The Supreme Court has ruled on the matter. Having FKGAS or BOOB is now constitutionally protected speech. So instead of allowing DICK on a license plate they stopped issuing any vanity plates. My place “BALLZ” has been pending.
