At this point, grow as much cannabis as you want, or up to 99 plants to stay under the federal radar. The Rhode island judicial system ain’t going to do shit. The days of tying up the court systems is over. Consider the plant count law a recommendation and not a rule.

But it’s legal? How can we have legal cannabis and have a cap on how many “plants” a person can garden? Trust me every Tom, dick and Harry is going to be growing outdoors this summer. Now I’m sure they would try to make examples of it of people, but it wouldn’t make it far. The cannabis cat is out of the bag.
