Coming to RI this weekend and want to bring back some spinach pies and strips from DePetrillos. Anyone ever tried freezing either and does it work or ruin the taste/texture?

Cast Iron pans - - slow low heat
a little olive oil - - and a lot of love
A slice of cheese on top at the end till it melts
sometimes even better than when they were fresh
(Also remember to freeze right away)
