Hold on. That’s it? That’s the ONLY bad decision and only one of them made it?

How wrong you are.

Normal, responsible person’s decision making, and I mean at age 18. Heck a lot of 16 year old kids have thought of some of these questions going for a driver’s permit at even age 15. ..

Should I buy a dirt bike? Can I afford the insurance? Do I have access to a pickup or a car with a trailer? Where can I ride it legally? If I can’t ride it in the street legally should I buy it? Do I own a helmet? Do I own two helmets? Should I ask my friend to ride with me? Should I ride it uninsured and not registered on the street? Above the speed limit? Passing cars at Broad and Norwood? Without a headlight in the dark?

And the friend. Should I get on anyway???

Actually if there are urban surface roads with a 30 MPH or 35 MPH speed limit - are you saying you do 25, and you expect that others do to? Well that sort of defeats the use of signage all together then. Do you want to name a specific city with urban surface roads, I'm sure commenters could point out 30-40 MPS limits being posted in some of them.

As opposed to the "let's prevent housing developers from building any housing at all?" regardless of the eventual clientele? Yeah that's a great theory.

How much money does a developer have to spend to have to build new places in RI renting for $500-1200? Figure that out and then ask "well if it costs that much why would they do it?

In this case the answer is this guy is ready to spend money to build a building. There are no/few others that are willing.

To say that you can’t drive in Newport for half the year while loving up the proximity to Providence, for someone living in Fox Point, misses something quite obvious.

Traffic on 195 twice daily exists. Traffic one mile away at 95 exists. Riverside has great access when traffic isn’t an issue though. But backups at the end of the parkway are daily.

I used Sharper Harper at Stock in the last six weeks. Drop it off on a Sunday and it will be ready by Tuesday.

I had six knives done. No chance of losing them in the mail this way as they don’t leave store.

I had one Kai Shun that had several small chips in the edge and a tiny bit of the tip missing but still looked beautiful. He shaped the edge and tip and it looks brand new. And it was so sharp that as I placed one knife back in the wrapping next to it and very lightly just touched the blade it drew blood. It is now the sharpest blade I’ve ever had. https://www.sharperharper.com

I’ll add a new restaurant that I’ve been to in Prov and in Miami that may fit your Surf and Turf needs. Ceviches by Divino. In Miami I went there looking for a Poke Bowl but the wonderful smell of the steak Lomo Saltado was too great and I had both. I’ve had the same here in Prov at the Point Street Bridge location and it’s perfect. https://cevichesbydivino.com/rhode-island/.

I have to defend Borealis here.

One of the Godfathers of coffee is George Howell, who sold his Boston Coffee Connection to Starbucks in early 90s. He has constantly talked about the trend to over roasted coffees, regardless of the bean’s origin. The caramel roasted taste overcomes the coffee’s brightness. You can get George’s beans at Seven Stars Bakery sites.

I appreciate Borealis for not over roasting as well as for their single source beans from individual coffee estates, but they also have their consistent go to house blends.

Trust me most are medium or lighter roast. In Bristol and Riverside.
