In Washington state, $40 for an 1/8 will get you top shelf bud. And that’s after tax.

I'm not sure the conversion to edibles, but I walked into a Michigan shop with $300 to stock up, ordered a bunch of stuff, and it was $60.

That's pretty high honestly, RI is already there.

1/8's in Maine are $20-$25.

Why does Maine have such cheap, good quality weed and we dont?

They allowed a lot of dispensaries and caregivers to get licenses. We limited both here, and only had 3 stores for the longest time (up until 5 days ago). In Maine I drive past 6 stores to get to the one I want. There was no competition here, they can sell us crap weed for premium prices because a lot of people don't have access to anything else.

Grow your own if you can.

MA is around there, sometimes cheaper. You can get 1/2 of shake for $65, or $100 for bud. Some strains fetch more, but after a point, 25% THC is 25% THC no matter the flavor.
