I was on a plane coming into Portland Oregon and Mt. Saint Helen was clear and beautiful, so the pilot flew us around so that we could see it! Such a great memory!

I'm glad that the airline was supportive of this too, easyJet are a no frills budget airline and the fuel to do that manoeuvre isn't free so it isn't a given that they wouldn't have reprimanded him

The first and only time I ever saw the northern lights, it was from the plane, a band of green stretched across the horizon. Was amazing.

I read that as "crashes plane". That would have been a very different article.

As someone who loves survival video games, I have to say that "The Long Dark" is one of the most enjoyable and immersive games I've ever played. From the moment I stepped into the vast, frozen wilderness, I was hooked. The game's challenging mechanics and realistic approach to survival kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time.

What I love most about "The Long Dark" is the sense of isolation and vulnerability that it conveys. Without any zombies or other monsters to fight, the game forces you to rely on your own wits and skills to survive. Every decision you make, from where to camp for the night to which supplies to scavenge, can mean the difference between life and death.

And the updates! Oh, the updates! Every patch brings new features and improvements that make the game even more engaging and closer to reality. I can't wait to see what the developers have in store for us next. Overall, if you're a fan of survival games or just love a good challenge, I highly recommend giving "The Long Dark" a try. You won't be disappointed!

My most memorable flight experience was when a pilot got clearance to descend from normal altitude so that we could get a better view of the Grand Canyon. He then tipped the wing so that we all could see the beauty. It was amazing. I know we weren't, but it felt like we were down in the canyon. There are some really cool pilots out there.

Isn't Easyjet a budget airline? I hope he didn't have to pay for the extra fuel out of his pocket.
